Melissa's real estate experiences and knowledge began well before her designation as a Realtor. With her husband's ongoing relocation opportunities in the oil and gas industry, Melissa personally explored and closed transactions with four different relocation companies. From meeting with architects to custom building three homes as a client, Melissa gained invaluable lessons and skill sets in the new construction arena. So, in 2005, after what would be her family's final relocation to their fourth state, Oklahoma, Melissa pursued her Realtor designation. She enjoys the personable aspect of Real Estate, navigating and approaching each transaction as if a personal investment with a familial relevance. Since becoming a "flipper" in 2015, Melissa has coupled her industry knowledge and competence with invaluable investment approaches. Whether downsizing, upsizing, relocating, custom building or flipping, the Stewart Little team aims to maximize your resources and protect your investment. Mack Stewart, a retired banker/loan officer, offers invaluable knowledge and experiences. Everyone gravitates to him as he thrives on sincerely building and maintaining relationships! Mack manages challenging loan structures/concerns, property inspections, appraisals and making sure the teams' signage is suitably staked. Melissa received her BS in Education from the University of Southern MS-1995; Mack received his BS in Business from Ole Miss-1968. Mack also graduated from Louisiana State University's School of Banking. Both have made the great state of Oklahoma home for ten plus years.
